Orders
-Orders can be submitted via the Order Form located at the "ORDER FORM" tab. Please do not email us your orders.
-Ordering instructions are provided at the "ORDER FORM" tab.
-All orders will be replied to within 24 hours unless, 1. We're overseas, 2. Your order form was not filled completely, 3. Your location is not in Singapore.

Payment
-Prices are non-negotiable unless stated otherwise.
-Payments are to be made to POSB Savings Account 189-38038-0.
-If payments are not made through i-banking, a copy of the transaction receipt must be provided upon request otherwise your order will be cancelled.

Collection
-Collections are available only at Bukit Panjang LRT.
-Customers who have paid via bank transfers and want to collect their items at Bukit Panjang LRT are given 7 days to arrange for a meet up, otherwise we will request that you transfer the relevant postage fees and we will mail out your item.
-Customers who have yet to make payment and want to collect their items at Bukit Panjang LRT (ie Cash on Delivery) are given only 3 days to arrange for a meet up, otherwise your order will be cancelled and your items will no longer be reserved for you.
-Registered postage is available at an additional $2.30 and will be mailed out within 2 days. We will email you the tracking code within 24 hours of dispatching.
